Terms & Conditions Last updated: 07/07/2026
Welcome to Your PMOS Coach. By booking or engaging my coaching services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Your PMOS Coach provides psychological and behavioural coaching for women with PMOS, delivered remotely via Zoom or phone.
Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or nutritional advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace consultation with a qualified doctor, therapist, or dietitian. If your needs fall outside the scope of coaching, I will do my best to signpost you to an appropriate professional.
The format of sessions (Foundation, Momentum, Sustain programmes, or individual sessions) will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
2. Payments
Invoices are issued by Your PMOS Coach and are payable by bank transfer (details provided on each invoice) or via the payment method confirmed at booking.
Payment terms are 7 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Programmes may be paid in full upfront or, where offered, in instalments agreed before the programme begins.
Late payments may incur a 5% fee after 7 days past the due date.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule an individual session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice where possible. Sessions cancelled with less notice may not be able to be rescheduled or refunded.
There is no long-term commitment required — you may pause or stop between sessions or programmes at any time.
Fees for completed sessions are non-refundable.
For programmes (Foundation, Momentum, Sustain): if you wish to stop partway through, unused sessions will only be refunded at my discretion, taking into account time and resources already committed (such as session summaries and preparation).
4. Confidentiality
All information shared with Your PMOS Coach — including anything discussed in sessions or shared via intake forms — will be treated as strictly confidential, in line with my Privacy Policy and Confidentiality Policy.
Sensitive personal or health-related information will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law, or where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information needed to support the coaching process, including relevant health context via the intake form.
Coaching is a collaborative process — outcomes depend on your engagement between sessions as well as during them.
If you are in crisis or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, coaching is not an appropriate substitute for emergency support. Please contact Samaritans on 116 123 (free, 24/7) or text SHOUT to 85258.
6. Limitation of Liability
Your PMOS Coach will provide services with reasonable skill and care, and in line with recognised coaching practice.
However, Your PMOS Coach is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes arising from the use of coaching services. Coaching does not guarantee specific results, and clients remain responsible for decisions made in their personal or medical care.
7. Changes to Terms
Your PMOS Coach reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
