Hi, I’m Chloe

Founder of Your PMOS Coach

If you have PCOS (PMOS), you've probably felt unheard by your doctor, overwhelmed by contradictory information, and exhausted from trying everything.

I'm not diagnosed with PMOS, but I'm on my own journey with hormonal health. I came off the pill after 10 years and discovered how little support exists, physically and psychologically.

I have a degree in psychology and a masters in nutrition & behaviour. But I'm not here to prescribe diets or exercise routines. I'm here for the part nobody addresses: helping you understand the stress-hormone-symptom loop, work through perfectionism and shame, and approach PMOS from a place of self-compassion instead of pressure.

What I do: I coach women with PMOS on the psychological and behavioral side of managing symptoms sustainably. We work together to understand your unique patterns, build confidence in your ability to change, and reconnect with what actually matters to you.

I hear you. I hear your struggles, your pain, your worries. I'm here to listen without judgment and guide you on your journey.

My Approach

Most support for women with PMOS is medical or nutritional. I focus on what happens between the advice and the action. The psychology that can determine behaviour and outcomes.

Kindness

I approach our sessions in a non-judgemental way. I also encourage kindness towards yourself through self-compassion and understanding.

You know best

I use a person centered approach where the space is completely yours. I believe you are the expert in your life, I am simply there to guide you when you need.

Behavioural change

Changing habits can be difficult. Especially if you have been doing them for a long time. I know being told to ‘lose weight’ is just not that simple.

Acceptance

I want to focus on helping you accept your PMOS and take actionable steps to move forward.
